If you want to spend a school year or school semester in Germany, you must apply in writing. Please use the ICX application form. Only fully completed forms will be processed! You can send your application to ICX by post or by e-mail (as PDF).
Deadlines
- April 1 for participants in the 1st half-year/school year program (starting in August)
- 1 October for participants in the 2nd half-year school programme (starting in January)
Since the search for a suitable host family and school requires care and time, your application should reach us as early as possible.

Please save the completed PDF on your PC. Note that the photos must be of good quality!

Your application also includes a photo album, a health certificate and a certificate of achievement.
Please have the health certificate filled out, stamped and signed by your doctor!
Please have the proof of achievement completed and signed by your teacher and then stamped by your school management!
Here your parents can write a letter to your future host family.

After receiving your complete application documents, we will make an appointment for a Skype interview on German. We will then inform you within three days whether we can accept you for participation in our Germany program.
