[Translate to Englisch:] For us, personal support and advice for our exchange students is a matter of course. During the entire time of your stay in Germany, you will have a permanent ICX contact person on site.

This supervisor will be in contact with you and your host family and will also inform themselves about your academic achievements. You will receive your name and address with the documents about your host family. Our supervisors are in close contact with the ICX office in Oldenburg and ensure that all program items are observed.

Your supervisor knows your host family from a pre-visit as well as through several phone calls. It is important to know that you can always come to him with any questions.
